1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by MainStream Digital. By purchasing any plan or service from us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Services Offered

MainStream Digital offers the following service plans:

Starter Plan — $500

Includes PR strategy consultation, basic brand positioning, press release writing, and email support.

Professional Plan — $1,200

Includes PR strategy and planning sessions, comprehensive brand strategy, press release writing and distribution, media kit development, and priority support.

Premium Plan — $2,000

Includes complete brand strategy and positioning, ongoing PR strategy sessions, media kit and press materials, crisis communications support, and a dedicated account manager.

All plans are subject to a $150 monthly maintenance and support fee, billed on a recurring basis following your initial payment.

3. Payment Terms

• All plan fees are due in full before work begins.
• The $150 monthly fee is billed automatically each month following your start date.
• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated and work has commenced.

4. Monthly Fee & Cancellation

The $150 monthly fee covers ongoing support, account management, and service continuity. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with at least 7 days written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work

Each plan includes a defined scope of services. Any work requested outside of your plan's inclusions will be quoted and billed separately. MainStream Digital reserves the right to decline out-of-scope requests that are not part of an upgraded plan.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. This includes brand assets, background information, target audience details, and any other content required to deliver services. Delays caused by missing client materials are not the responsibility of MainStream Digital and may affect delivery timelines.

7. Ownership & Confidentiality

All deliverables produced by MainStream Digital — including press releases, media kits, and brand strategy documents — become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. MainStream Digital agrees to keep all client information and business details strictly confidential and will not share them with third parties without written consent.

8. Results Disclaimer

MainStream Digital provides professional PR and brand strategy services and will make every effort to deliver high-quality results. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as media placements, press coverage, follower growth, or increased revenue. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and client participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

MainStream Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable plan. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Termination

MainStream Digital reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client is found to be acting in bad faith, engaging in illegal activity, or violating these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Clients may terminate their plan at any time, subject to the cancellation policy in Section 4.

11. Changes to These Terms

MainStream Digital may update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
